The vehicle of LINK Ghana delivery is through Food Sovereignty and Livelihoods Development Technical Program anchored on the domains of Development Programming Approach, and Livelihoods Outcomes. LINK Ghana in its programing and implementation of the strategic plan results focused on the EAGLES attributes.

LINK Ghana is holistically composed of technical experts who constitute the staff at all levels but especially at the operational levels hence strategically enhanced in implementing the approved operating models and approaches. Community Based Savings Group (CB-SG), Value Chain Development (VCD), Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR), Peace Building Initiative (PBI), Rights Based Advocacy (RBA), Empowered World View (EWV), Emerging Leadership (EL), Entrepreneurship Development (ED), Conservation Agricultural (CA), among others are adopted as operating models and approaches.

Strategic Initiatives such as periodic engagement of Parliamentary Select Committees to push for specific food security and livelihoods development policy influence at the legislature and the strategic partnership with other organisations to leverage their capacity to execute strategic objectives in areas that LINK Ghana operates will be carried out. Public fora and seminars would also be organised in collaboration with other stakeholders and the media as additional Strategic Initiatives for effective audience mobilization for effective implementation of some strategic objectives and sub-objectives.
